All of our donated books go to schools, libraries, shelters, and hospitals in need. Every book you donate goes into the hands of a child who needs it.
We accept any children's books in good condition: picture books, early readers, and chapter books. Please do not donate any books in poor condition, however.
Yes! We love all monetary and book donations! Every single penny counts. Start a Story is not currently a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so we cannot collect donations yet, but we hope to be able to soon!
